Garth Wicinsky - SECURA Insurance Companies

Garth P. Wicinsky - President & CEO

Mr. Wicinsky became a SECURA Board member in April 2022. He served as SECURA's Chief Operating Officer from January 2022 until April 2022 at which time he transitioned to his current role of President & CEO. He joined SECURA's Human Resources division in 1996 and was promoted to Vice President-Human Resources in 2002, responsible for talent management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, facilities, purchasing, and distribution.  With his promotion to SVP and Chief Administrative Office in 2017, in addition to his HR leadership function, he also oversaw Marketing, Research 7 Development, and Agency Training.

Mr. Wicinsky earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.
