Lean in Lunch

Space to Reflect, Connect, and Grow

Lean In Lunches offer UWL students, staff, and faculty a welcoming space to explore cultural humility, deepen self-awareness, and engage with diverse perspectives. These informal gatherings invite participants to lean into what’s on their minds through open dialogue and shared reflection.

Each session includes:

  • A check-in 
  • A discussion protocol to guide respectful, inclusive conversation
  • A thematic focus that’s timely and relevant
  • A closing reflection 

Lean In Lunches are designed to foster connection, curiosity, and community.
