Inaugural UWL Professional Financial Planning Summit

Inaugural UWL Professional Financial Planning Summit is poised to be an opportunity for professional development and networking among professionals in the Financial Services industry, UWL faculty & staff, and the stellar students studying in the UWL Finance Department and Trust Point Personal Financial Planning (PFP) program.

The summit is made possible thanks to the support of the Trust Point Foundation, It Make$ Cents! Money Management Center, and the UW-La Crosse Finance Department. Students, faculty, and staff from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse look forward to hosting you for this exciting collaborative event!

The event will take place in the Bluffs gathering space at the UWL Student Union. The welcome and registration table will open at 9 am, our program will begin promptly at 10 am, and the Summit will end at 4 pm. You can expect a menagerie of professional engaging speakers, panel discussions, cutting edge research presentations, collaborative learning experiences, and ongoing informal networking. Lunch is included and we will have refreshments available throughout the day. Registration is required.

At the conclusion of the Summit, UWL students and Financial Services professionals may elect to participate in an additional formal speed networking session from 4 pm - 5:30 pm. Professionals and UWL PFP students will be asked to confirm their participation in this subsequent session at the end of this registration survey.

This event will have no registration fees thanks to the generous support of the Trust Point Foundation. However, in order to have an accurate count of attendance for our event space and for lunch, we ask that you please register in advance to confirm your attendance. Please inform us if any unforeseen extreme circumstances arise that prevent your attendance after registering. You can find more information here.
