Supervisor Fundamentals

UWL HR Presents Supervisor Training in April 2026

Join us for a two session Supervisor Training hosted by UW-La Crosse HR! This program is scheduled for April 28th and 30th from 8:30am to 12pm in Student Union room 3105.

This training is designed to equip you with the essential skills needed to excel in your supervisory role and empower your team to achieve their goals. We will cover important topics such as essential manger roles in Workday, managing difficult conversations, delivering effective coaching and feedback, and developing goals. You will learn how to provide both positive and constructive feedback during evaluations enhancing your leadership capabilities.
