Call for Poster Presenters, Conference on Teaching and Learning

Application Deadline

You are encouraged to present a poster at the 27th Annual UWL Conference on Teaching and Learning being held on Tuesday, September 1, 2026!

Poster sessions provide us an opportunity to learn more than just content from our peers – regardless of discipline, talking to presenters at a poster session inspires approaches for projects, assignments, course delivery, and assessment. With this year’s theme of "The Joys of Teaching and Learning", CATL is seeking poster presentations that share research and ideas that showcase strides in how we have used reflective practice to find joy in our profession, adjust our teaching, and promoted student learning. Share the fascinating work you are doing and, to the extent possible, explain to attendees why it matters beyond just your own classroom. (For instance, how does it connect to existing SoTL research and/or principles of effective teaching? How might it be adapted for other courses? What broad and/or unexpected things did you learn about teaching/learning?)

Please submit a description of your poster proposal to CATL.

Deadline for applications: 9am July 6

The CATL staff will notify you before July 10, 2026 if your poster is accepted for the conference.
