FSW: What Makes a Good Leader?

Student Voice, Public Life, and Civic Courage on Campus

Join us for What Makes a Good Leader?, a student-centered Free Speech Week conversation about leadership, student voice, civic courage, accountability, and public life.

Through guided table discussions and large-group reflection, participants will explore what they value in leaders, how leaders respond to disagreement, and why leadership is often more complicated than simple categories of “good” or “bad.”

This event is free and open to all. Students do not need to hold a formal leadership role to participate. Light snacks, coffee, and tea will be provided.
