Webinar with Annette Vee, The Norton Guide to AI-Aware Teaching

Session 2, UW OPID AI Webinar Series

OPID’s Fall 2026 AI Webinar Series on Zoom is taking shape. The series begins in September with two guest speakers:

Sarah Elaine Eaton (University of Calgary) – Friday, Sept. 18, 2 pm to 3 pm
Educator and Director, Postplagiarism Research Lab,
Professor and Research Chair in the Werklund School of Education and Chair, Leadership, Policy, and Governance

Annette Vee (University of Pittsburgh) – Friday, Sept. 25 – 2 pm to 3:30 pm
Co-author, The Norton Guide to AI-Aware Teaching
Associate Professor, English; Alumna, University of Wisconsin-Madison

Both sessions will be recorded. Subsequent Webinars will feature UW educators who are engaging with AI in their teaching.
