Cultural Food Celebration

Indigenous Peoples Day

Cultural Food Celebrations is a monthly meal that features various cultural dishes. Come to Whitney Dining Center on Sept 16th from 11am-1pm to celebrate. October will feature dishes that celebrate Indigenous Peoples from around the world in lieu of Indigenous Peoples Day. This October we will feature the Hmong people. 

This months meal features recipes from the homes of current students who are a part of the Hmong Organization Promoting Education (HOPE) student organization. If you plan on attending a meal ticket is $8.50 (plus tax) if you do not have a campus meal plan.  

The general public is invited to participate in the meal.
