9 Over 12 Pay Option Enrollments Due May 16, 2025

Eligible 9-month employees may choose to receive pay over 12 months starting in August 2025

Eligible 9-month employees may choose to receive their pay over 12 months beginning in August 2025.

Eligible employees received an email message from UW Shared Services on April 22, 2025 inviting them to enroll. The message contained a link to enroll. Please complete your 9 over12 enrollment by May 16, 2025.

Eligible Employees:

  • 9-Month Faculty, Academic Staff, and Limited (FAASLI) employees in FLSA exempt positions that are ongoing or renewable.


Not Eligible Employees:

  • 9-Month FAASLI employees in fixed terminal or temporary (acting/interim) positions
  • 9-Month FAASLI employees with total annual compensation greater than $345,000. Deferred compensation is regulated by the IRS, which sets an annual limit on how much money an employee can defer in a calendar year.
  • Student Assistants
  • Employees in Training
