Approving time for this pay cycle by Monday at noon, July 14
As of July 7, 2025, Universities of Wisconsin System has become fully integrated into Workday. As reflected in the blog post addressing the transition during the 7A Pay Period, there are a few key items to be mindful of.
Time Approval
All time needs to be approved by 12pm on Monday, July 14th. To give our colleagues at the University of Wisconsin System adequate time to process payroll, UWL is required to have all time approvals completed by this deadline within Workday. There are no exceptions to this requirement. Please see the Job Aide’s below to help in successfully completing time entry.

- Edit, Submit, and Approve Time in the Time & Scheduling Hub – Manager
Timesheet Entry
For employees that did not enter time during the first week of the 7A period, please guide them to enter their time retroactive time using this Job Aide.
