TTC is targeted for implementation in Fall 2021. Institution human resources and project teams will re-engage employees this spring to work towards implementing the new job titles in the fall of 2021.

Title and Total Compensation Project goes into effect Fall 2021. Institution human resources and project teams will re-engage employees this spring to work towards implementing the new job titles in the fall of 2021. As part of the project, employees will continue conversations with their manager or human resources to confirm their job title and job description. Some employees may have had conversations. All conversations will be complete by early fall. 

For UW-La Crosse, beginning in May 2021, Human Resources will be working with campus supervisors and employees to begin ensuring the mapped titles are accurate.
