Drive-in flu shot options.
Due to COVID-19, UW-La Crosse HR has learned from our providers that they will not be able to offer the traditional (Gundersen and Mayo) on-site flu clinics this year. We are, however, able to provide the StayWell flu clinic as a drive-in option for our employees.

Tentative Time: 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM

Pre-registration required. Log in to the StayWell wellness portal at wellwisconsin.staywell.com and click on the Flu Shot Clinics slider on the dashboard. Participants are required to present their medical ID card at the flu shot clinic. You are required to wear a mask for your appointment.
Employees can also receive the annual flu vaccination from their primary care provider under their health plan.
