Continuing your education is one of the most valuable ways to invest in your future, and UWL is proud to offer an Employee Education Assistance Policy to support that growth. To help employees understand how to access this benefit, HR is hosting a virtual Education Assistance Policy review session.
This session is open to employees at any stage of their professional development journey. Whether you are currently enrolled in courses, have applied to a program, or simply interested in learning more about available educational support is available to you, this review session will provide helpful and practical information.
During the session, we will review the details of both the Education Assistance Policy at UWL and the UW System policy. We will go through what types of education and programs may be eligible for assistance, who qualifies for the benefit, and how the approval process works. We will also cover important timelines, required documentation, and common questions employees often have. Time will be set aside at the end for questions so you can get answers specific to your situation.
