Human Resources invites UWL employees to an upcoming virtual Performance Management Question & Answer session held on Thursday, July 23 from 9AM - 10AM. This is designed to support you through the performance management process in Workday and ensure you feel confident completing all required steps.
This session will touch on key tasks during the performance management cycle, including:
- Workday Task Guidance: A step-by-step overview of how to navigate and complete your performance review tasks in Workday.
- Policy Highlights: An explanation of relevant performance management policies, timelines, and expectations.
- Frequently Asked Questions: There will be time for individual questions and open discussion.
