Fall 2025 Principles of Supervision and Management (PSM) Course – Enrollment Now Open
The UW System is offering the Principles of Supervision and Management (PSM) course for Fall 2025. Presented to you through UW – Madison, this program is designed to support supervisors across the UW System in developing core leadership and management competencies. You will make contacts and create community with other supervisors at campuses within the Universities of Wisconsin. The course is open to employees at any supervisory level, including those new to management roles.
Course Schedule and Format
The Fall 2025 cohort will meet weekly on Tuesdays from September 16 through December 2, 2025. Please note there will be no class on November 25.
- Class 1 (Tuesday September 16): In-person at UW–Eau Claire, 10:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
- Classes 2–11: Online via Zoom, 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Attendance at all sessions is required, including the in-person class held in Eau Claire. Participants must be able to commit to the full schedule.
