Did you know taking “me time” can help you become more mindful, which can help you sleep better, stay on top of stress and improve your heart health?

To help reduce stress and restore your well-being, register for Well Wisconsin’s Stressless challenge by September 6!  REGISTER NOW

Enjoy downtime every day -- During the Stressless challenge, track at least 21 days of participation. Spend time relaxing at least 14 of those days by recording “yes” in the portal between August 30 and September 26. Completing the challenge fulfills the well-being activity, one of three activities required to earn your $150 incentive,* along with the health assessment and a health check.
