A great onboarding experience sets new employees up for long-term success. Our upcoming learning and update session gives supervisors a quick, practical refresh on the onboarding tools, resources, and best practices here at UWL.
UWL aims to create positive experiences for new employee experiences and supervisors play a crucial role in achieving this goal. Attend the session on Tuesday, January 13th to aid in strong beginnings, and a more consistent, effective onboarding process.
