The UW-L men’s indoor track and field team captured its 17th National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division III indoor championship March 15. The 17 indoor crowns are the most in NCAA III history. The Eagles finished with 63.5 team points, winning their second straight indoor title and 10th in the last 14 seasons. The women's team took second.

Men's track & field head coach Josh Buchholtz and women's track & field assistant coach Katie Wagner have earned United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) national honors. Buchholtz was named USTFCCCA Men's Indoor National Coach of the Year while Wagner earned the USTFCCCA Women's Indoor Assistant Coach of the Year title. Both received USTFCCCA Midwest Region honors earlier in the year. Find out more.
