Chancellor Beeby to give fall welcome address Wednesday
Chancellor James Beeby will kick off the fall semester with a campus welcome address at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 2, in The Bluffs Ballroom in the Student Union.
During his remarks, Beeby will reflect on recent accomplishments, celebrate campus successes and outline university priorities for the 2026-27 academic year.
For those who cannot attend in person, the event will be livestreamed.
Following the address, there will be a picnic for the campus community on the Student Union Lawn from noon to 1 p.m.
