Join the UW-L Alumni Association for a day of golf Wednesday, Aug. 12, at the Cedar Creek Golf Club. This is the 26th year of the UW-L Alumni & Friends Golf Outing, which raises money to support the UW-L Alumni Association’s scholarships and more.
“This is a great opportunity for alumni and friends to reconnect while raising funds for important programs that strengthen UW-La Crosse,” says Janie Morgan, executive director of the UW-L Alumni Association.
The five-person golf scramble includes lunch, 18 holes of golf with cart, special edition UW-L polo shirt, team photo, beverages on the course, special hole events, dinner and a raffle with great prizes.
In 2014, more than $15,000 was raised to support the Alumni Association’s legacy scholarships, the Lantern magazine, networking events, alumni reunions and much more.
