River Seminar Series

UWL and USGS UMESC Seminar Event.This event is free and open to the public.

We will be having our next seminar event on Tuesday,  March 3 from 2:30-3:00 pm in the Student Union Theatre. The UWL River Studies Center Club (formerly Freshwater Ecology and Management Club) is organizing these monthly events and the River Studies Center is providing free snacks!
 
This event’s speaker will be Dr. Arthur Grupe II from the UW-La Crosse. Arthur will be discussing "Mushrooms and the Mississippi: Investigation of Aquatic Fungi." 
 
For those that cannot attend in person, a webinar link is provided.
 
Instructors: Please considering offering extra credit for students that attend these seminars. A flyer is attached for you to share.
