If you are enrolled in the State Group Health Insurance Program, you (and your spouse, if enrolled) may earn a $150 well-being incentive through the Well Wisconsin Program, administered by WebMD.
To earn the incentive, complete a health assessment, a health check, and one well-being activity by October 11, 2024.
The Well Wisconsin program provides tools and resources to help you earn your incentive by setting well-being goals, tracking your progress, and staying motivated.
