Over-the-Counter COVID-19 Test Coverage Information
Effective January 15, 2022, most members covered under the State of Wisconsin Group Health Insurance Program can purchase over-the-counter COVID-19 diagnostic test kits at no cost. Coverage limits and exclusions apply. The Department of Employee Trust Funds is working with state health officials and health plans to ensure you receive the care you and/or your covered dependents need during the COVID-19 pandemic.
