In March of 2022, Human Resources released the new, online accountability dashboard which contains the Annual HR Report along with various employment metrics. These metrics are displayed so that stakeholder groups on campus can monitor key performance indicators and trends to help advise on how to continue to improve service offerings for employees at UWL.
Employment Metrics play an integral part in helping stakeholders see data trends in various areas such as turnover, absenteeism rates, recruitment/application information, and more.
