Sign up to learn more about the steps employees will need to take to complete their OAR
With the switch to Workday, there is a new process for submitting your Outside Activity Report (OAR), which is due on May 1, 2026. Read more about the Code of Ethics Policy here. Sign up for the online training below to learn more about this new process and gain a clearer understanding of key policy information.
Participants will walk through the steps of completing an OAR through the document management system, DocFinity, to ensure accuracy and compliance by the due date.
