- 1% Lump Sum: As a reminder, eligible employees will receive their 1% Lump Sum on the 3/21/2024 payroll.
- Flexible Spending Account Submission Deadline: 03/31/2024 is the deadline to submit 2023 FSA Claims. Read more here.
- Summer Prepay Deductions: Summer Prepays for Insurance Premiums are deducted from Spring paychecks to cover the cost of continuing insurance & benefits through the summer months when 9, 10 & 11 month employees may not be on contract. These deductions are in ADDITION to the regular bi-weekly payroll deductions. More information can be found here.
- $150 Wellness Incentive (Well Wisconsin): If you are enrolled in the State Group Health Insurance Program, you (and your spouse, if enrolled) may earn a $150 well-being incentive through the Well Wisconsin Program. - No Leave Taken Reports: Faculty, Academic Staff, and Limited Appointees are required to submit "No Leave Taken" reports for months in which no leave was taken. Failure to provide this notice may result in a reduction in your sick leave. Read More
