Important Announcements
- Your ETF Annual Benefits Statement is now available. Read how to access your statement here.
- The annual reminder on Regent Policy 13-4 regarding employees' relationships with Education Loan Leanders should be reviewed by all employees. Learn more here.
- Summer Pre-Payment for Insurance benefits for all eligible 9-month employees will begin on 3/24/2022 payroll.
- ICI Premiums: Due to the annual premium change, there will be NO prepays for ICI on the March payrolls (3/24 & 4/07).
- April ICI Premiums (4/21 & 5/05) will make up for the missed premiums with a double prepay deduction.
- Outside Activity Reports are due for Faculty, Academic Staff, and Limited Appointments that are 50% or greater by April 30, 2022. Learn more.
- The Annual Reappointment process for some employment groups began on March 7. Reappointment notices will be sent by May 6, 2022.
