Each year the Kinds ask high schools in the district to submit their artwork. Judges select work for the exhibition, as well as awards and notations of merit. This is the 19th presentation of the annual art competition. The first place entry will be shown for a year in the U.S. Capitol along with the works of other student artists from across the country. The second place entry will be displayed in Rep. Kind’s Washington, D.C., office, and the third and four place pieces will be displayed in Kind’s La Crosse and Eau Claire offices.
