UW-La Crosse Alumni & Friends Golf Outing set for Aug. 10
There’s still time to reserve your spot in the 33rd annual UW-La Crosse Alumni & Friends Golf Outing.
The event will tee off Wednesday, Aug. 10, at Cedar Creek Golf Club, 2600 Cedar Creek Lane, Onalaska. It will be a four-person team-flighted scramble over 18 holes, with men’s and co-ed divisions. Golf will begin with a shotgun start at 1 p.m.
Before hitting the links, players are invited to lunch and registration beginning at 11:30 a.m.
The cost to register is $150 per person ($175 after July 23). Benefits include lunch, use of the driving range and putting green, 18 holes of golf with a cart, special hole events, a special-edition UWL polo shirt, and a raffle and silent auction.
All proceeds raised during the event will support the unique initiatives of the UWL Alumni Association. The Alumni Association works to keep “The La Crosse Experience” alive by providing Legacy scholarships, honoring distinguished alumni, and hosting networking and social events for UWL alumni and friends.
