Trips planned for Costa Rica, Rome in 2024
From majestic volcanoes in Costa Rica to ancient architecture in Rome, UWL alumni and friends have another opportunity to see the world together.
The UWL Alumni & Friends Foundation travel program is back for another year, with two trips planned for 2024.
Alumni and friends are invited to once-in-lifetime trips to tropical Costa Rica (Jan. 25-Feb. 2) and Rome and the Amalfi Coast (April 13-22).
The Costa Rica trip includes a visit to the colorful capital city of San Jose, a three-night stay at a lodge overlooking the majestic Arenal Volcano, a two-night stay at an oceanside resort, and plenty of opportunity to experience the country’s culture and natural beauty.
The Rome trip includes a tour covering some of the city’s most prominent landmarks (the Trevi Foundation, the Pantheon and Piazza Navona), a trip to the Vatican Museums and St. Peter’s Basilica, and five nights along the iconic Amalfi Coast.
On both trips, guests will have the opportunity to create their own dream vacation by choosing from a variety of sites and activities.
