Hiring international faculty can involve unique immigration, employment, and onboarding considerations. To help hiring managers, supervisors, and others involved in the recruitment process better understand these requirements, UW System specialists will be presenting an in-person educational training session on October 13, 2026.
Participants will gain valuable insights into current immigration climate, legal guidance, employment laws, internation employment lifecycles, common hiring questions, and available resources to support successful international faculty recruitment and retention.
