View your pay slip in Workday to make sure your pay was accurate.
The first pay date in Workday was July 24, 2025. UW Shared Services has notified the UWL ATP Campus Readiness Team that some employees may not have been paid correctly. We encourage all to check their payslip for errors. Errors could include pay not deposited in accounts, missing or too many deductions, and deductions deposited in the wrong accounts.
The UWL ATP Campus Readiness Team recommends that all employees:
- Check their pay slip to ensure it is accurate. The View and Print Payslips-Employee job aid walks you through the steps.
- Verify their pay was deposited in their bank account.
- If they discover errors, please submit a ticket to UWSS via GetHelpUW webpage so they can be corrected.
