Mid July
- OTCAS portal opens
- Applicants create an account and begin application
  - Official transcripts and references submitted to OTCAS

December 14
- Deadline for "complete" OTCAS application including:
  - OTCAS application (e-submitted)
  - All required documents (transcripts, references, etc.)
- Individuals with "complete" OTCAS applications receive email invite to Canvas interview portal and will have one week to submit interview portion

Mid to Late February
- Applicants notified of admissions decision
  - Admissions decision categories:
    - Accepted
    - Denied
    - Alternate status
      - Individual may receive offer if an accepted applicant declines

Early September
- Note: Program transitioned to a September start date beginning with the 2024-25 admissions cycle
- Students participate in orientation activities and begin courses
