History of the La Crosse River Marsh

Richard Frost is back by popular demand with a historic photo tour of our local marsh. He presents memorable images that show its change through time and frequent use for recreation even 100 years ago.  This urban wetland is a great example of ongoing controversies created by "a marsh where a city wants to be, and a city where a marsh wants to be."
