Writing Grants at a Predominantly Undergraduate Institution

Please join us Wednesday, May 17, in the Institute for Campus Excellence to gain insights on writing grants at a predominantly undergraduate institution (PUI). The featured speaker is National Science Foundation (NSF) Program Director Dr. Kathleen McCloud, who will present on how to write competitive research grants from a PUI taking into account the institution’s distinct instructional mission, faculty workloads, and engaging undergraduates in faculty scholarship. NSF funds projects across a number of disciplines, ranging from the biological, physical, and geo-sciences to STEM education, mathematics, and social, behavioral, & economic sciences.
