Oktoberfest Parade

Please join UWL's International Education & Engagement (IEE) in walking in this year's Oktoberfest Maple Leaf Parade on Saturday, September 30, 2017. 

UWL students, faculty and staff will be picked up from REC parking lot at 8:00 AM and will be transported to the parade start line. We are in the very beginning of the parade. Together we will walk in the parade proudly carrying flags from around the world. This is an event that brings our greater La Crosse community together highlighting our connections throughout the world.

After the parade UWL students, faculty and staff will have the option to take a bus back to campus or remain downtown to enjoy the festivities. We are estimated to be back to campus by 12:30 PM. As this is a school function you are not allowed to consume alcohol during the parade.
