Infused Cultures and Languages across Majors: Students' Perspectives

This event is part of the series started last spring semester: "Infused Cultures and Languages across Majors: Students' Perspectives".  Nine students across Majors will share their study abroad experience and explain how it enriches their education and their life.   They will tell fascinating stories and give powerful examples.  The "poster session" format will offer flexibility and promote elicit meaningful conversations.

We will also have the pleasure to host Dr. Ryan McKelley (Psychology) and Dr. Lindsay Steine (English) who will talk about their teaching and cultural experience in China last summer.  Also Dr. Liz Peacock (Anthropology) and Dr. Regina Goodnow (Political Science) will present their study abroad trip planned in Czech Republic next summer;  Dr. Omar Granados (Spanish) will present his trip planned in Cuba next spring.  IEE will be participating answering students' questions.

International refreshments will be served.  Join us and learn from your peers how studying abroad transformed their perspectives on life and the world!
