START - Transfer Registration for Spring 2018

START: STudent Advising, Registration, and Transition

Transfer START is a one-day program designed to provide a successful transition for new incoming transfer students to UWL.   Students can expect to meet other new transfer students, learn about UWL student success resources, engage with their academic college and receive supplemental assistance with course registration.  The program is held on the UWL campus.

Program Outline

10:30 am:  Welcome Session

10:50 am:  I am UWL (includes lunch and resource fair), meal is provided for students

1:30 pm:  Academic College and Small Group and Individual Advising Session

2:30 pm:  Computer Lab & Checkout

3:30 pm:  Campus Tour (optional)

3:50pm:  Tour a Residence Hall (optional)
