Last Date To Change Major or Add a Minor Before Summer & Fall 2018 Registrations Begin

You can make changes to your program(s) of study by completing a "Change of Program" form. When changing your 1st major, complete the form for the college/school your new major will be in. For adding/changing a second major or a minor, complete the form for the college/school your 1st major is in.

These forms are available online, in the college deans' offices, or in the Academic Advising Center. See below for the exact locations.

  • College of Business Administration: Online form and submission process
  • College of Liberal Studies: submit form to 260 Morris Hall
  • School of Arts and Communication: submit form to 260 Morris Hall
  • College of Science and Health: Online form and submission process
  • School of Education: submit form to 260 Morris Hall
  • Academic Advising Center: pick up hard copy at 1140 Centennial Hall and submit to the appropriate college/school office
