Employee Enrichment Day

Employee Enrichment Day is July 18

Mark your calendars now for enhancing your work experience!

Campus employees should plan now to attend the fifth annual Employee Enrichment Day Wednesday, July 18.

This year’s keynote address will be Michael Monroe Kiefer on “Maintaining Positive Workplace Attitudes with People-reading Skills.” His presentation will be part of a luncheon open to all participants. Kiefer will follow up his keynote with “The Fun Factor! Using Fun and Creativity to Increase Productivity.”

This year’s programming opens with Professor Kate Parker with an update on UWL Strategic. Morning sessions will focus on campus safety, personal finances, creating an inclusive environment and more. There are also networking opportunities with colleagues.

Employee Enrichment Day, a professional development opportunity free and open to all university employees, is organized by University Staff and Academic Staff. Mark your calendars now! Employees should work with supervisors to ensure office coverage.
