1. Discuss charge letter from the Faculty Senate chair (pasted below):

Investigate summer compensation generally and provide recommendations on updates to the guidelines. We are especially concerned about the lack of compensation for faculty leading internships in the summer, even though students pay for internship courses. We want to know the extent of this problem, how we can get administration to pay attention to it, and then shift money in this direction, if such shifting is advisable.
