Kids' Culinary Academy: Advanced Cooking

Program dates: July 22, 8:45 a.m.—3:30 p.m.; July 23, 8:45 a.m.—5:30 p.m.

Following the theme of "All Things Italian", participants will learn advanced cooking skills integral to creating delectable Italian specialties including: homemade pastas, lasagna, sauces, risotto, breads and more. For youth entering grades 6–10 in the fall. Important for youth entering grades 6 and 7: Cooking is a prerequisite if you wish to enroll in Advanced Cooking.

Fee: $295 by June 15, $320 thereafter
