Lunch & Learn Session:

Development as a Team Sport: Blending faculty, staff, students and administration together

Development is truly a team sport in which faculty, staff, students and administration play key roles in its success. The development staff is often credited with the success or failure of fundraising efforts but in reality, the process of converting a prospect to a donor is impacted through many different experiences that occur between the initial engagement (often as an incoming student) and the realization of a gift.

This Lunch and Learn session will explore the role everyone plays in helping engage, cultivate and steward our alumni and friends. Be prepared to walk away from this session with new tools that can help you become a complete team player in the fundraising enterprise at UWL.
