Crucial Conversations

On October 23, 2019, Human Resources will be providing a full-day training program based on the the New York Times Best Seller, Crucial Conversations.  Crucial Conversations teaches skills for creating alignment and agreement by fostering open dialogue around high-stakes, emotional, or risky topics—at all levels of an organization. By learning how to speak and be heard (and encouraging others to do the same), participants will surface the best ideas, make the highest-quality decisions, and then act on those decisions with unity and commitment. Space is limited. Registration and additional information.
