Self Defense Class

Course Runs Monday Nights, February 24-March 30 (no class March 16)

In this course, students will learn the ability to defend against a multitude of attacks. Whether it be chokes, grabs, or knife attacks, students will develop the strength and confidence to survive an attack. This is a six week course that meets once a week for an hour and a half.

Taught by UWL police officers, this course is held in a non-competitive environment where students work with each other to better their abilities and confidence. Based on simple principles and instinctive movements, this course is designed to teach real self-defense in the shortest possible time.
