Kitchen Quarantine: Global Meets Local

Please join IEE and Chef Puja Mehta, Owner of Indian Meal Kit, by purchasing a meal kit and participating in a virtual cooking presentation as you learn how to make authentic and nutritious Indian cuisine from the comfort of your home. Featuring special co-host, UWL Provost Betsy Morgan!

If you are not in the La Crosse area you can purchase a digital recipe, which will include a provision list and recipes, so you can buy ingredients and cook along. *Please note that this recipe is a variation and not the exact recipe as chefs cannot share all their secrets.

*Due to supply and demand ingredients may vary slightly. Price includes all costs and fees. Proceeds support IEE initiatives.
