Hammocking and cookout

Wildcat Mountain State Park

Join us for some time in nature while exploring the wonderful trails in our area! Hiking is a great activity for any season and a great way to connect with friends and get to know new people.

Outdoor Connections provides the trip leaders, instruction, transportation, meals/snacks, permits, trip route/plan, and equipment needed. Our programs are for varied experience and skill levels unless explicitly stated. Most of all we want folks to come together to have a great time exploring our amazing outdoor areas while meeting others! Trip leaders will reach out to participants in advance to share what to pack, how to prepare, and more details about the trip schedule.

Open to the public! People who are not UWL students and who do not already have a Rec Sports account must click the "Sign Up" button in the upper right hand corner and create an account to be able to register online.
