On your PTCAS application list at least two (2) persons submitting evaluations on your behalf. Evaluators will complete the recommendation process electronically via PTCAS. Only references submitted via PTCAS will be accepted. It is not advisable to have a physical therapist who you shadowed for a short period of time write you a letter of recommendation.
