Reduce stress and anxiety....

Life can be stressful, and often you cannot control the obstacles you encounter. Both stress and anxiety can affect your mind and body, so learning coping techniques to help manage reactions and responses can reduce your anxiety when you feel overwhelmed. 

Each month, you will have the opportunity to explore a toolkit that focuses on a unique health and wellness topic. This month’s theme, “Reduce Stress and Anxiety,” will highlight tips and tools to help you cope when stressful situations and life’s challenges arise.
