On April 4, UW System employees that are required to complete an Outside Activity Report (OAR) will receive an email with instructions to complete the form by April 30, 2022.
On April 4, UW System employees that are required to complete an Outside Activity Report (OAR) will receive an email with instructions to complete the form by April 30, 2022.
Pursuant to Chapter UWS 8 of the Wisconsin Administrative Code, all UW System faculty, academic staff, and limited appointees with half-time appointments or more are required to annually report outside activities. They must complete the form to report if they receive compensation, have associations related to their areas of professional responsibility or have no outside activities to report
After the employee completes the OAR form, you as the Reports To/Approver, will be notified by email to review and approve the form. It must be reviewed and approved within 15 days of receipt and no later than April 30, 2022.
